Electrical Inspection Condition Report

The EICR Report is an electrical certificate that is issued after a detailed inspection of a property's electrical system to determine that the electrics have been installed correctly, appropriately and safely.

This means that regardless of who installed the electrics, we can produce an EICR report to certify it is safe to use.

If the EICR report identifies any issues, we can make recommendations and carry out the work for you or you can arrange for any electrical issues to be resolved and we can re-do the EICR to certify once safe and appropriate to do so.
